That B/acy stitch is handy

I did some experimenting with that stitch (the one I used for the bag strap) in 2 colors.

It forms lovely stripes with a jagged edge if you change colors at the beginning of the forward row.

And by changing colors at the end of the forward row, you get what I’m calling the “Parrot Tail stitch” (if you know a better name, please do pipe up).

This forms a nice, flat, medium-weight material, ideal for a hat/hair band.
